Sweet 'n' Salty Raw Brownie-recipe

Monday's recipe was such a simple one, so... to bring more yummy flavors into your week, here's one of my favorite recipes at the moment: a sweet and salty raw chocolate brownie. Get ready to fly through a chocolate heaven while eating this... (And because I am a total eyeballer when it comes to measuring things when I cook, this really is a stretch for me to write recipes like this... That's how much I like you guys!)

The Sweet 'n' Salty Raw Chocolate Brownie
makes one big brownie/two smaller ones

(no cooking required!)

You'll need:

Oats, about 6 tablespoons (preferably soaked)
Nuts/seeds, 2 tablespoons (soaked) / OR milled nut-mix (this is what I use, see pic above)

Sesameseeds (great calcium source btw), 1 tablespoon
Dried fruit, 1 tablespoon
Virgin coconut oil, 1 tablespoon
Lucuma, 1 tablespoon
Raw cacao powder, 1 big tablespoon
Cinnamon, according to your tastebuds
Himalayan pink salt / good sea salt, a good pinch

- Mix everything well in your blender.

- Mold into a brownie-shape.

- Decorate with banana & some fresh apple puree. (makes it more fresh)

PS. You can also put the brownie into the fridge - gets kind of a hard consistency pretty quickly - then you can dice it into small chocolatey cubes & enjoy as a candy-like treat OR crumble it on top of your ice cream... Uh-huh yum-mee!

 Enjoy you Wednesday guys!
