But it's also good to remember that if you haven't yet found your thing, your sport, like these guys in the clips have - that it is out there. And your thing doesn't have to be the thing your friends are doing - so whether it's snow-walking, hula hooping, scuba diving, hiking, pilates, hip hop.... just find your thing and go with the flow!
