Since it's this blog's first day I thought a few extra pics would be in place!
And tonight's extra-tip: If feeling a bit down or if the fall gets you a bit bluesy, listen to your favorite summer tune and dance like a madman... Works wonders! (at least you will feel more stupid than sad after)
If feeling like you need to beat the blues with something else, there's nothing quite like chocolate to do it!
DIY chocolate
- cacao butter, 100 g
- raw cacao powder, 25 g
- honey / stevia, 2-3 tbs
- a pinch of Himalayan pink salt
(a pinch of real vanilla, if feeling fancy)
(pecans/walnuts, if you want)
(dried coconut, if you want)
1. Mix the melted butter (it's good to cut it in small pieces before melting), cacao & sweetener.
2. Add in the nuts and coconut if wanted.
3. Put the chocolate mass into little molds or just spread into a plate
(you can then later cut it into pieces).
4. Let the chocolate cool in the fridge/freezer so that the texture feels firm, takes about 30 minutes.
5. Dive into chocolatey heaven... yum-yum-yum...
